First visit
What can I expect at my first lash extension appointment?
Arrive 15–20 minutes early to fill out forms and talk through your lifestyle and the look you want. After a gentle cleanse, your artist applies extensions to individual natural lashes. A first full set takes about two hours.
Can I choose my own look?
Yes. You choose the style that fits your taste, and your artist will share an expert opinion to help you decide.
Are your artists certified?
Yes. Each artist is required to show you their certification before working on your eyes.
Upkeep
How often do I need a fill?
To keep extensions looking full, plan to return every 2–3 weeks.
How many lashes will I receive?
It depends on the look you want and your natural lashes. We follow a standard minimum of 70 lashes per eye.
Booking & policies
What is your cancellation policy?
The current website lists a fee of up to 50% of the service price for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, including late arrivals we can't complete.
